Who handles your enquiry

SYP3 is personally run by Mujahid Khan. For questions or a request to delete your enquiry, email mujamahe@gmail.com.

What the form collects

Your name, email address and/or phone number, and project description. If you choose to add them, it also collects your business details, service interest, existing website, budget, preferred timeline, and preferred contact method. When you arrive from a project or service link, that selection can be included with your enquiry.

Why it is collected

I use these details to understand your requirements, respond to you, and discuss a potential project. Submitting the form does not sign you up for marketing emails.

Storage and access

Enquiries are saved in MongoDB and reviewed by Mujahid through a private database connection. There is no public page or API for reading enquiry records. There are currently no automatic enquiry email notifications.

How long details are kept

Form enquiries are scheduled for automatic deletion 365 days after submission. You can request earlier deletion by email. If we go ahead with a project, any separate project records and their retention will be discussed as part of that agreement.

Spam protection and preferences

The form uses a hidden spam-check field, submission identifiers to prevent duplicate saves, and temporary rate-limit records. Contact details and, where a trusted hosting proxy provides it, the connection's IP address are hashed for rate limiting; raw IP addresses are not stored in enquiries. Rate-limit records are scheduled for deletion within two hours.

Your light/dark appearance preference is stored in your browser. This website does not currently add analytics or advertising trackers.

Email, WhatsApp, and external links

If you contact me through email or WhatsApp, those services handle your messages under their own policies. External project sites have their own privacy practices.
